Goals
Guide the brand development for a creative engineering and fabrication business. Help them gradually transition their brand towards public works and green technology.
Methods
- Client had a lot of trouble feeling and articulating what they wanted, resulting in a brand that lacked focus
- Collaborated with client to develop a focused story for their brand
- Coached client through various social pitches to help build skill and confidence sharing their story
- Client was trying to transition between two different stories: from aerospace and aviation engineering to public works and green technology.
- Helped client client build their story through copywriting
- Crafted separate stories for their current brand position and their desired brand position
- Organized their new stories into a timeline, complete with big picture strategies
Results
- Client reported a significant improvement in brand clarity and decision making
- Client was able to speak on their brand with ease and confidence
- Client now has a big picture strategy of how to gradually direct their brand towards what they truly want to do: engineering and design for public works and green technology
